These terms explain what the Revenue Engine Diagnostic is, what you can expect from it and what is expected of you when you use it.
What this is
A self-assessment diagnostic for founders. You answer a set of questions about how your company acquires, converts and retains customers, and the tool produces a score, an interpretation and a suggested 90-day plan directly from those answers.
Not professional advice
The report is general guidance. It is not legal, financial, investment, accounting or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice. Completing the diagnostic does not promise funding, introductions, an investment decision or any other outcome.
Accuracy of results
The output depends entirely on the honesty and accuracy of the answers you give. Approximate, optimistic or incomplete answers produce an approximate, optimistic or incomplete result. Nothing is independently verified.
Acceptable use
Use the diagnostic for your own company. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or interfere with the tool or the accounts of others, and do not resell or present the report or the underlying framework as your own product or service.
Ownership
The 7Cs framework, the questions, the wording, the scoring logic and the report design belong to B4B Partners. Your answers and the report generated from them are yours: you may keep, share or publish your own report as you wish.
Availability and changes
The tool is provided as it stands. It may be changed, improved or temporarily unavailable at any time, and questions or wording may be updated, which can affect how results compare across time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, B4B Partners is not liable for any loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of the diagnostic, the report or the plan, or from the tool being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
