Privacy notice
This notice explains what the Revenue Engine Diagnostic collects when you complete it, why it is held, who can see it and how to ask for a copy or have it removed.
What is collected
Your answers to every question, the company profile details you provide, and the scores and plan produced from them. Unless the diagnostic is running in anonymous mode, that also includes your name, your company name and your email address. A record is kept each time a report is opened or saved so we can see how the tool is used.
Why it is held
To produce your report and 90-day plan and understand how companies are performing. If you request help, we save your contact details, note and the diagnostic you agree to attach, and share them with B4B Partners’ internal BOS system so the team can respond. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from getting a report or help. With your permission, your email and signup choice are shared with BOS for RevMechanics. Downloads are available without subscribing. Your information is never sold or used on its own to make an investment decision.
Who can see it
You, and the B4B Partners team members who are signed in to the administration area of this tool. Answers in progress stay on your own device until you finish, and pressing Start again clears them from that device immediately.
How long it is kept
Completed diagnostics and report download records are deleted after 12 months. Contact requests and newsletter signup records saved in this tool are also deleted after 12 months. Copies shared with BOS and the newsletter mailing service are managed separately by B4B Partners. Email privacy@b4b.partners to request removal from those systems too.
Completing it anonymously
Where anonymous mode is enabled, no name, company name or email is requested or stored. Only the answers and the resulting scores are kept, and they cannot be linked back to you.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Your report shows a short reference code. Email that code to the address below to request a copy or deletion. For contact requests or newsletter signup, use the email address you signed up with. You can unsubscribe from RevMechanics using the link in its emails or by emailing privacy@b4b.partners. Ask for copies held in BOS to be removed too. Anonymous submissions cannot be traced individually.
Cookies and tracking
This tool sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's storage only to hold your answers while you are working through the diagnostic, and a sign-in session for team members using the administration area.
